0.3mm Heavy Fleece Wire Harness Tape for Engine Bay Protection

Where the harness runs close to the engine, brackets and moving parts, standard cloth tape wears through. This 0.8mm heavy fleece automotive wire harness tape combines a dense needle-punched fleece backing with a high-temperature acrylic adhesive, giving both noise damping and a Scrape Class D abrasion barrier in one wrap.

Key performance points

Abrasion resistance: 0.8mm dense fleece body survives sustained rubbing against metal edges and clips.
Noise damping: thick fleece layer absorbs buzz and rattle from engine and pump vibration.
High temperature: rated -40°C to 125°C continuous, 150°C peak for 240 hours.
Strong anchorage: peel strength ≥2.0 N/cm holds the wrap under thermal cycling.
Solvent and fluid resistant: resists engine oil, coolant, brake fluid and road salt spray.
Halogen free and low VOC: meets RoHS, REACH and ELV standards.
