Kablee Cloth Tape T01 in 50m Long Roll for High Volume Harness Lines

Every roll change on a wrapping station costs takt time. Kablee cloth tape T01 is now supplied in a 50m long roll, double the standard 25m length, so operators on high volume harness lines spend less time swapping cores and more time wrapping. The woven PET cloth backing and acrylates copolymer adhesive are the same specification already running in our OEM programmes.

Why the 50m roll pays back

Half the roll changes: 50m per roll reduces downtime on manual and semi automatic stations.
Kablee cloth tape quality: woven PET cloth, solvent free acrylic, consistent unwind tension.
Abrasion resistance: Class D scrape performance protects the loom at clips and brackets.
Hand tearable: clean tear by hand, no blade on the line.
